What We Do

What do we do? Honestly, the answer changes by the hour. But if you pinned us down and demanded a real reply, here is the gist: we run small, low-stakes experiments in public so other people can learn from them. Sometimes those experiments involve software. Sometimes they involve workflows. Sometimes they involve a microwave and a question that should not be asked in a professional setting.

We test automations

We try out new tools the moment they drop and we tell you whether they are worth your time or whether they are a beautifully designed waste of forty-five minutes. We build little prototypes, kick the tires, take notes, and move on. Nothing is precious. Everything is documented. Most of it is reusable.

We also break things on purpose

There is a real value in finding out what happens when you push a tool past where the marketing page says you should. We do that so you do not have to. Consider it a public service, like a lifeguard, but for software, and with significantly more typos.

If you want a clean list

We experiment, we document, we share, and we occasionally produce something useful enough to keep. We are not consultants. We are not a SaaS. We are not pivoting into AI (we already pivoted; everyone calm down). We are just a lab with paper plates and time on our hands. Reach out if you want to collaborate, or if you have a tool you want us to push around the parking lot.
